ኢትዮጵያን እንታደግ የአንደኛ ዓመት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን አካሄደ
ድርጅቱ ከምስረታው በኋላ የመጀመሪያውን ጠቅላላ ጉባዔው ባለፈው ኦክቶበር 30 ቀን 2022 በዙም አካሂዷል፡፡ ስብሰባው በድርጅቱ መተዳደሪ ደንብ መሰረት ምልአተ ጉባኤ መሟላቱ ተረጋግጦ ለመጀመር ተችሏል።
ቀደም ተብሎ ለአባላቱ በተገለጠው መሠረት የእለቱ አጀንዳዎች፡
1. በሊቀመንበሩ የቦርዱ ሥራ አመራር ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት
2. በዓቃቤ ነዋዩ የሂሳብ ሪፖርት
3. በአጥኚ ቡድኑ በአፋር ክልል የት/ቤት ግንባታ ጥናታዊ ሪፖርት
4. ውይይት፣ ጥያቄና መልስ ነበሩ።
በዚሁ መሰረት፣ ሊቀመንበሩ እና አቃቤ ነዋዩ ዝርዝር ባለ ሁኔታ በማስረጃ አስደግፈው ሪፖርታቸውን ካቀረቡ በኋላ፤ በአፋር ክልል ለመገንባት ስለታቀደው የት/ቤት ግንባታን በተመለከተ ሶስት አባላት ባሉት ኮሚቴ የተዘጋጀው ጥናት በአቶ ሃለማሪያም ሃይለመስቀል ከበቂ መረጃና ማስረጃ በመታገዝ ለጉባዔው አብራርተዋል፡፡
ቀጥሎም በአጀንዳ ቅደም መሠረት ባርካታ ጥያቄዎች እና አስተያየቶች ከተስተናገዱ በኋላ፣ በአፋር ክልል ት/ቤት የመገንባቱ እቅድ በጉባዔተኞቹ በሙሉ ድምፅ ፀድቋል፡፡ በዚሁ የመጀመሪያው የማህበሩ ዓመታዊ ስብሰባ ተጠናቀቀ፡፡
Save Ethiopia held its first Annual General Meeting:
The organization held its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the first time since inauguration last 30 October 2022. The meeting started after it was made sure a quorum was present.
The agenda of the day were the following as presented to members earlier:
1. Annual report by the Chairperson of the board
2. Treasurer’s financial report
3. Report by the committee of Afar’s school building project
4. Discussion, questions and answers
Accordingly, after the Chairperson and the Treasurer presented their respective reports in detail supported with documents, the presentation prepared by three person committee to build school in Afar region was presented to the meeting by Mr Hailemariam Hailemeskel with ample documentation, verifications and explanation.
According to the agenda, discussions ensued and several questions were raise. After the question was addressed to the members’ satisfaction, the Afar school building project was unanimously approved by the members. With this, the first AGM was concluded.
